Our History

How we got here.

Shining-Light Investments CC was established in 2014 under the Close Corporations Act (Registration No. CC/2014/10999). From the outset, the company was built around a broad but purposeful mandate: general trading and investments, roadwork, manufacturing, produce, cleaning, catering, construction, hardware, property development, and import and export.

Over the years, we sharpened our focus to seven core service areas where we consistently deliver the best value: catering, cleaning, construction, animal ear tags, Marula oil production, tailoring and crocheting, and corporate goods supply.

Today Shining-Light serves government ministries, parastatals, NGOs, and private businesses across Namibia, not as a contractor, but as a trusted partner.

Founder & Director.

Shining-Light Investments CC is privately owned and led by Mrs. Pashukeni Tuyeimo Johannes, the company's sole member and director.

Mrs. Pashukeni brings over five years of professional experience as a Restaurant Finance Manager, combined with a degree in Finance Management. This background informs her disciplined approach to running operations, from managing multi-year catering contracts to overseeing the company's growth into construction and corporate supply.

Under her leadership, Shining-Light has built relationships with government ministries, parastatals, and NGOs, growing steadily while keeping service quality and client trust at the centre of every decision.
